Arms are sexiest part of women’s body. if they are well toned they will give you an elegant. Moreover they will also add strength to your body build up. In order to achieve toned arms you will have to work on them properly.
Following are the exercises which can be done very easily. If are done regularly you will get toned arms in just a span of 4 weeks.
Arm Exercises Using Your Own Body Weight:
These are simple exercises which can be performed easily using your own body weight. These exercises must be completed in one or two sets and each set having repetitions of 8 – 12.
- Stand erect, with your feet wide open and toes forward. The right arm of your body must hang on your side with the palm facing forward. Now take your left arm across your body and place it over the top of your right palm.
- Press your palms together. Now bend your right elbow and keep it close to your body. Now pressing palms together bring your hands close to your shoulder and take it back creating a resistance. Do it on both sides.
- Again pressing palms together lower right arm to your side. Switch the sides and complete the set.
Arm exercises Using Dumbbell:
The given exercises can be performed using dumbbell. The target of these exercises is to strengthen your front and middle shoulders.
- Take two dumbbells. One in each hand. Now raise your hands out until they are in level with your shoulders. Now just raise them up and down. Do this in 3 sets with a repetition of 12-15.
- Next bend your arms at 90degrees parallel to the floor and leveling your shoulders. Now just raise one arm up and the other one down alternately. This exercise must be done in 3 sets with repetitions of 12-15.
- Now raise your hands straight above the ground parallel to your body. Slowly bend down your body and hands to touch the dumbbell to the ground. Try to remain in the bending position for few minutes and then return to your normal position. This is also to be performed in 3 sets with 10- 12 repetitions.
