Herbs that should be taken in moderate amounts, in culinary dishes, are: Chamomile oil (only dried), celery, fennel (avoid using fennel oil), fenugreek, garlic (do not use a lot of it while breast feeding as it can flavor the milk), myrrh, oregano (avoid using oil), parsley, passion flower, dried peppermint (avoid the oil entirely), tea (no more than a couple of cups) sage and sage oil, wood betony and yarrow. High doses of any of the above herbs can be very harmful but small amounts of it is okay.
