- Dry Fabric: Choose fabric that draws away moisture from your body so that you don’t feel uncomfortable in any way. You can get a lot of variety in color and style in such fabrics.
- Comfortable Fabric: If you are okay with a certain color or style then that is it. Don’t try to change it because if you are clumsy in your clothes that will make you lose confidence which in turn will make hamper your performance.
- Body Hugging Material: You do not want your clothes to restrict your movement right? You should be able to carry on with your cardio kicks with great ease. Look for material that have spandex and lycra.
- Black and White: These two colors are very safe to use; however, you can always try red and green. Cropped pants are quite in fashion at present. Shorts and t-shirts never go out of fashion.
The most important thing that you can never do without is your attitude and confidence.
