To Calculate Band Size
Using a measuring tape, you can take measurement around your rib cage just below the breasts. While taking the measurement, you may like to check that the tape has not twisted anywhere. The measurement can be either in centimeters or inches.

If you measure an even number, you can add 4 to it to get your band size. For example, if the size is 28, add 4 to it and that makes your band size 32.

If you measure an odd number, you can add 5 to it to get your correct band size. For example, If your size is 29, add5 to it and that makes your band size 34.

To Measure Cup Size
You can measure loosely around the fullest part of your breasts (generally over the nipples). This measurement can also be taken in centimeters or inches.

To get the right cup size, you can subtract the band size from this number.

The standard cup sizes of the United States are generally measured on half-inch boundaries.

For cup size, you may refer the following chart:

Cup Size – United States
A : 0.6 inch -1.5 inches
B : 1.6 inches – 2.5 inches
C : 2.6 inches – 3.5 inches
