Being single is catching on these days. Many women are opting for a life, wherein they are free from the shackles of marriage. They prefer to be on their own. Why so?
Why Women Do Not Marry?
- Financial independence: Many women are now earning well and have substantial income to take care of themselves. They need not depend upon someone else
- Career: Several opportunities are available for women to pursue a career. She prefers to choose an avocation that she excels in and devote her valuable time in pursuing it. She feels marriage is an hindrance to it
- Less Responsibilities: She is free from responsibilities that come with marriage. She is not answerable to anybody. She need not take care of someone, except herself
- Adoption: A single woman can also adopt a child these days, so she need not marry in order to have a child. She can also have the pleasure of motherhood. Many women are preferring to bring up a child without any male help
- Divorce: Too many divorces are forcing women to keep away from marriage. They want to avoid the trauma of going through a broken marriage
Women are independent these days. They decide things for themselves. They prefer to keep out of marriage and like to lead a life of their own.
