Slim waist is desirable, as it makes a woman attractive. Men are full of admiration for women who have a fantastic figure. A second look is given to a curvaceous waist. A dress will also come across well on a well- shaped figure. To maintain a slim waist is not easy. Exercise and proper diet are essential.
Tips For Slim Waist
- One has to burn the fat. Exercise is essential. Swimming, walking and rowing are good for the waist. Of course, any exercise that helps in burning the fat is good
- Abdominal exercises are good such as crunches. One should lie down on the back with the knees bent and slightly apart. Let the arms be crossed on chest. Lift the head and upper shoulders from the ground. Shift the right elbow towards the left knee. Go back to center. Then move the left elbow towards the right kneeĀ· Lift your legs. Lie on one side, supporting the head with the hand. Try to raise the leg on top slowly. Then bring it down to the ground. Repeat the same lying on the other side. Try to lift both the legs togetherĀ· Let the torso be a bridge. Place hands flat on top of the head. Let the feet be flat and bend the knees. Push your stomach up with your hands so that the back arches. Be in that position for a couple of minutes
- The torso should be twisted to the left and then to the right. Keep twisting it as far as you can
- Bending to the side is also good for the waist. Hold a dumb-bell in one hand, then bend towards the other side. Similarly, repeat it by bending onto the other side
- Touch your toes. Touch the left to with your right hand and vice versa
- Yoga exercises are also good for the waist. They slim the waist and also help in maintaining positive mental health. Such exercises reduce the fat accumulated in the body
