Why a woman finds it difficult to sleep is perhaps a question that many women would like it to be answered. Pressures in modern day-to-day lifestyles make a person feel restless and worried. One needs to relax and get rid of tensions that would make it difficult for a good night’s rest.

A well- rested person will feel fresh the next day and carry out her chores well. Sleep is very essential for the body to recoup. Women have to shoulder much responsibilities these days. They would like to make sure that their sleep is not disturbed.
