Extremely superb article, really enlightening stuff. Never ever imagined I would find the tips I would like in this article. I have been hunting everywhere in the net for a while now and had been starting to get disappointed. Thankfully, I stumbled onto your website and received exactly what I was struggling to find.

I get what is being said and yes it is harder for some people with small children to do the things suggested but the only way anyone would be able to do any of the suggestions posted would be if they have a true desire for change if your negative about making change it wouldt be fun for you anyway all in all although I think they were good ideas I see were both sides are coming from.

All of these suggestions are insanely ridiculous. I am one of the fortunate souls (sarcasm) that does not have family or friends living in the area so they can help me out by watching my kids so that I can actually have a life. I can not afford daycare or babysitters so please don't suggest this unless you know of some free services. HA HA
Oh please! Don't take my husband for granted? Did a man write these suggestions? Are you for real? I am the one that has given up so much and being taken for granted!!! I am shown no appreciation or respect for that matter, for all the stuff I do day in and day out with NO pay.

I hear you reena, too. husband will suggest I cook something new to overcome boredom. yet, i always end up, whatever i cook; i eat- alone. he's out of the house before i open my eyes. back to the house when i'm already asleep. its crazy. why even try. whats the stupid point anyway. we dont have kids yet. i'm getting fatter, uglier, lamer, pathetic, desperate, etc u name it. and does he understand? NO. there's always better single chicks to compare (how fun and fit they are) and friends' wives to compare. no praise no sympathy no support just compare blame thats it

the only way to get around this boredom is to take a paid job - one that gives an appropriate challenge for one's capacity. rejoicing in more complicated housework won't help.

Are you crazy? How can you go out with your husband and have a romantic life when you have no family to watch the kids and can't afford a babysitter?! Your suggestions are completely ridiculous! Don't you think we wouldn't be lonely housewives if we could get a date night out?!?!??!!

Go on a trip? Does money grow on trees? I would give anything to go on a trip. Any trip. Even go to a movie. Wanna come watch my kids so I can follow your advice?! HA!

Do not take my husband for granted? Excuse me? On his days off he goes to ballgames and goes hunting. Why should I not take him for granted when I'm busting my behind every day and I never get a break.

Redecorating the house? Humm that sounds like more of a chore than fun...besides I've already done that, there is only so much decorating one woman can do! I understand you are trying to be helpful, but really, your suggestions are not helpful!
