Christmas is a special time for both the young and the old but for kids it is undoubtedly one of their best times of the year as they don’t have to bear with their morning blues to reach school as early a possible or it is time to expect the best cookies from mom and aunts and go for adventure trips to the snow capped peaks for ice skating or go carol singing with family and cousins.
Make this Christmas special for your little ones by organizing a range of fun and enlivening activities for them.
Few Christmas activities you can organize for your kids:
-
Make paper stockings with your kids which you can hang on the Christmas tree or by the bed side of your little ones to keep them all energetic and excited about this festive occasion.
- Create a snowman with artificial snow and use hot glue to lend shape to the snowman and to decorate it with buttons as eyes or to attach clothing’s like a scarf, etc.
- Make a reindeer swag for the doors or to paste on the walls of your kid’s bedroom.
- Decorate the sidewalks of your house with lights along with your kids.
- Get your kids to color and paint Christmas cards which you would need to send to your relatives, friends and family members.
-
Get hold of Christmas stories and poems that can be narrated to your kids and which will fascinate them if they are available in exciting prints and sticker forms.
- Use scrapbook paper for designing family albums with your kids and also engage in wrapping Christmas gifts for your dear ones both near and far.
- Teach your kids the art of decorating the Christmas tree, the stable with the three wise men and the star of Bethlehem, etc.
Do everything this season for Christmas which your kids may have missed before and which they are going to remember forever.
